Situated halfway between Meyssac and Beaulieu sur Dordogne, this stunning 2 bedroom property offers spectacular open views over the valley to the village of Puy d'Arnac in the distance. Renovated in 2008, the beautifully terraced gardens and heated swimming pool make it a perfect spot to enjoy your holiday

Accommodation details
Living accommodation is on two floors, with an outdoor summer kitchen closer to the pool area.

The front door opens into the open plan kitchen and living area, well furnished with some country antiques. The dining area comfortably seats four, and the kitchen is fully fitted with all modern conveniences including dishwasher, washing machine, cooking hob with extractor fan. A door from the kitchen area leads out onto the lovely balcony with retractable awning, an ideal spot for meals al fresco while enjoying the view.

The living area offers a woodburning stove, as well as satellite TV with english channels. A door leads through to the ground floor twin bedroom with adjacent shower room 

A hand made wooden staircase leads up to the 1st floor where you find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. 

Both bedrooms are well furnished with ample storage space.

  Set on a hillside, the grounds have been expertly terraced to offer plenty of space both around the pool area and in front of the house for relaxing sunbathing and al fresco eating. There is an outdoor shower by the pool, which is heated, as well as a summer kitchen area under the balcony for  pool side barbeques. The house faces due south and offers spectacular open views of the surrounding countryside.

Prices are per week, inclusive of linen and towels, water, electricity and gas. We reserve the right to levy a surcharge if you require central heating or firewood.

Please note we are happy to accept deposits by credit card, but the balance of payment is subject to a surcharge of 1.5% if you use this method of payment.
