 Situated in the grounds of Château Muzac, La Petite Grange is a detached 19th century stone house, offering comfortable and spacious accommodation in a unique location, on the borders of the Lot and Dordogne. The Château and its dependencies have been expertly renovated over a number of years, creating an estate of three apartments in the Château, five individual houses and La Petite Grange. Beautifully maintained throughout the year, guests can enjoy all of the Château grounds, including the topiary garden. The 10 x 5 metre heated swimming pool in front of the house is exclusively for the use of guests at La Petite Grange and the owners who live in the house next door. The location has spectacular views over the countryside, including the Castle of Turenne, 6kms away.

La Petite Grange is on 3 floors, accommodating up to 5 people .
Ground Floor
Large, open plan living room with fitted kitchen and dining area. Comfortably furnished with sofa, arm chairs, dining table, satellite TV and DVD. The kitchen area is spacious and well equipped with electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Windows overlook the splendid views.
 1st Floor
Large double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC. French doors lead out to the rear of the house and shaded garden area.
2nd Floor
Large bedroom with three single beds and en suite bathroom with bath, basin and WC
 Gardens
The house has its own terrace, garden and orchard, as well as the use of the communal gardens. The heated swimming pool is just below the house and garden. Access to the estate is by private road.

Payment accepted in euros or pounds by cheque, bank transfer or credit card. Please note that although we do not surcharge deposit payments, we are obliged to surcharge final payments made by credit card by 1.5%.
Prices are per week, inclusive of linen, towels,water, electricity and gas. We reserve the right to levy a surcharge if you require central heating or firewood (*except over Christmas/New year when cost of heating is included).
Babysitting, welcome hamper, cook and maid service are available on request.
