Hidden away in the countryside just 3 km from Beaulieu sur Dordogne, this spacious barn has been expertly converted to provide comfortable accommodation while retaining the essence of the original building.

Accommodation is on 3 floors, and accommodates 6 people (plus 2 extra children)
Ground Floor
The ground floor is open plan, with a double volume living area showing exposed beams to the ceiling, and French doors leading out onto the patio, garden and pool. There is plenty of comfortable seating , one around the TV area, another around the wood burning stove.
 The kitchen area is fully fitted with gas hob and electric oven. microwave and large fridge freezer. A small utility room off the kitchen houses the washing machine, and there is also a separate toilet with washbasin. A wooden breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the dining area, where a large pine table comfortably seats up to 8 people. The outdoor eating area is sheltered by a beautifully vaulted tiled roof.
 1st Floor
Stairs lead from the living area to the first floor where you will find two bedrooms, one double and another large twin with two single beds and a set of bunk beds. There is a shower room on this floor, as well as a separate toilet.
The attic floor is completely taken up with the master bedroom with double bed, and en-suite shower room and toilet.
 Other facilities
The grounds around the barn have been lovingly cared for over the years, and a gardener visits weekly. The 9 x 5 metre swimming pool protected by a security cover is situated in front of the house, making the most of views over rolling countryside. Dial-up internet connection available on site, as well as full Sky TV package.

Payment accepted in euros or UK pounds by cheque, bank transfer and credit card. Please note that although we do not surcharge deposit payments, we are obliged to surcharge final payments made by credit card by 1.5%.
Prices are inclusive of linen, water, electricity and gas, but not towels, which can be hired. We reserve the right to levy a surcharge if you require central heating or firewood. Babysitting, welcome pack, cook and maid service are available on request.
