 Charming stone country cottage close to the village of Le Pescher with 3 bedrooms, large wooden balcony for al fresco eating while enjoying the lovely views over the countryside, private pool and garden. A lovely location with the local bistro/bar and shop/boulangerie of Le Pescher within walking distance.

 Accommodation details

The house is on two floors and as it is set on a hill the ground floor access from the front door leads to the first floor balcony on the front of the house with steps leading down to the pool and gardne area.

1st Floor - consists of a large open plan L shaped living/dining area with orginal 'Lou Cantou' fireplace. Comfortably furnished with leather sofa and armchair and large dining table setaing 8 people, doors lead out onto the lovely wooden balcony with views over the surrounding countryside, perfect for outdoor dining. The fully fitted kitchen includes dishwasher, electric oven and hob and large fridge. Thre is also a bathroom on this level with shower and toilet.

A central wooden staircase leads up to the 2nd floor where there are three bedrooms- two doubles and one twin, and a family shower room with shower, double sink and toilet.

Steps lead down from the outdoor balcony to the swimming pool and garden area.

Prices and availability

Payment accepted in euros or pounds by cheque, bank transfer or credit card. Please note that although we do not surcharge deposit payments, we are obliged to surcharge final payments made by credit card by 1.5%.

Prices are per week, inclusive of linen, towels,water, electricity and gas. We reserve the right to levy a surcharge if you require central heating or firewood (*except over Christmas/New year when cost of heating is included).

Babysitting, welcome hamper, cook and maid service are available on request.
