Converted barn with large ground floor extension and fabulous interior, garden and private pool. Situated in a tiny hamlet of just three houses, 10 minutes drive from the market twon of Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne, with peaceful views over rolling countryside, you can really get 'away from it all'!

Accommodation for 6 people is on two floors

Living room

1st floor is accessed by large double doors leading from the terrace. The fully fitted kitchen has a large picture window, and offers gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, as well as traditional farmhouse table for meals.

The living area is comfortably furnished with a mixture of modern and antique furnishings, as well as (french) TV and DVD player, books and games. Stairs divide the living and kitchen area, Combel kitchen leading down to the ground floor bedrooms.

Double bedroom Ground floor comprises of three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has en-suite bathroom with bath, handbasin and WC, as well as French doors leading out into the garden. The two further bedrooms- one double and one twin, are in the new built section of the house, sharing a walk in shower room with double sink. There is a seperate WC. Both these bedrooms are well furnished with vibrant colours reflecting the owners artistic flair! The double bedroom has doors leading to the garden.

Other facilities

The 10 x 3.5 metre swimming pool, protected by security cover and fence, is situated below and to the side of the house, with large steps into the water giving easy access for children. We accept cheques in both UK pounds and euros as well as credit cards. Please note that although we do not surcharge deposit payments, we are obliged to surcharge final payments made by credit card by 1.5%.

Prices are per week, inclusive of linen, water, electricity and gas.We reserve the right to levy a surcharge if you require central heating (*except over the Chirstmas period where rates include heating). Towel hire possible.

Babysitting, welcome hamper, cook and maid service are all available on request.
