Peyrat (3 bedrooms, sleeps 6)
Situated in the medieval village of Curemonte, tucked below the Chateau,Le Peyrat has been lovingly restored over many years by its French owners, who have being visiting Curemonte from childhood.
Accommodation details The house is on three floors, and sleeps up to 6 people. On the ground floor is one double bedroom with en-suite shower room. This bedroom is accessed from outside and opens onto a small terrace.
The whole of the first floor is taken up with the living/dining/kitchen area. There are exposed beams, a huge fireplace, limestone floor, comfortable seating area and large dining tables both inside and out.The magnificent covered balcony runs the length of the first floor living area, a ideal spot for long, relaxed meals. The attic floor has two double rooms, and a mezzanine area with a single bed. A bathroom with bath and wc on this floor.
You are surrounded by the large, sloping garden, leading to the 9 x 5 metre heated pool at the bottom of the property. There is also an outdoor table tennis table. A public footpath running behind the house takes you into the village centre just a minutes walk away. The house looks out over the valley of the Sourdoire.
Rates for 2010
We accept cheques in both UK pounds and euros as well as credit cards. Please note that although we do not surcharge deposit payments, we are obliged to surcharge final payments made by credit card by 1.5%. Prices are per week, inclusive of linen, water, electricity and gas.We reserve the right to levy a surcharge if you require heating or firewood (*except over the Chirstmas period where rates include heating). Towel hire possible. Babysitting, welcome hamper, cook and maid service are all available on request. "Vital statistics" of Peyrat: 3 double bedrooms with 140 beds, 1 single bed on mezzanine. |
