Dating back to 1640, the Manor House at Fleuret has been lovingly restored, retaining many original features, and offers an extremely spacious home for 10-12 people. Originally a small hamlet, home to 12 families, the magnificent red sandstone buildings are set in acres of meadow and woodlands. With spectacular views all around us, the most memorable is that of the medieval village of Curemonte directly opposite Fleuret on the other side of the valley. Larger groups can also rent the cottage at Fleuret, giving a total occupancy of 16 people.

Accommodation details

1st Floor
Fully fitted kitchen/dining-room with gas cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Original beams and fireplace have been revealed, while the back door leads onto the spacious terrace, ideal for outdoor eating.

The living room boasts a large “Lou Cantou” open fireplace, exposed beams and stone alcoves.

Comfortably furnished with a three-seat sofa and two armchairs, here you will find a large collection of books and games, CD Player, television/DVD/video and video library. Adjacent to the living room is a double bedroom with en-suite shower-room and toilet, as well as a small annexe bedroom with single bed.

2nd Floor
Comprises of one double bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet, one triple, one twin and one single bedroom. A bathroom with bath and toilet is shared between these three rooms. As on the first floor, exposed beams are found in most of the bedrooms.

Other facilities
The house has a private terrace with barbeque, parking for one car under the terrace as well as ample additional parking. The garden includes a children's play area with swings and a sandpit,  situated well away from the pool on the other side of the house. WIRELESS INTERNET CONNECTION AVAILABLE ON SITE

The huge 14 x 7 metre swimming pool is situated next to the barn, the upper floor of which has been converted into a large games room with table tennis, table football, pool table and a grand piano! The pool and barn are situated away from the houses and are shared by those staying in the house and cottage. They are fenced off from the rest of the grounds so that young children cannot access this area unaccompanied.

 A laundry room with two washing machines and a dryer is available for the use of all our guests. The English owners live in the third house on the property, and are happy to help you with any queries you may have during your holiday. For guests renting the whole property who would prefer complete privacy this is possible for a supplement- please contact us.

We accept cheques in both UK pounds and euros as well as credit cards. Please note that although we do not surcharge deposit payments, we are obliged to surcharge final payments made by credit card by 1.5%.

Prices are per week, inclusive of linen, water, electricity and gas.We reserve the right to levy a surcharge if you require central heating or firewood (*except over the Christmas period where rates include heating). Towel hire possible.

Babysitting, welcome hamper, pre- cooked meals, breakfast delivery, cook and maid service are all available on request.
